Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Forest Lake, MN is seeking compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will work directly with residents to support daily living activities and to create a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
