Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Minnesota is seeking caring caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our compassionate team. We provide high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in intimate communities, and you will work directly with residents to deliver personalized care that makes each day brighter.
Whether you're experienced or newly certified, you have a heart for seniors. We offer onboarding, ongoing support, and a schedule that includes evening/night shifts to meet residents'
Competenze
- At least 6 months caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
- CNA certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (training provided)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Team player with excellent communication, empathy and reliability
Mansioni
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility and transfers within the facility
- Help with medication administration (training provided)
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal assistance
- Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
