Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Lakeville, MN is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide person-centered care to seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

You'll assist with daily activities, support mobility, and engage residents in meaningful activities while maintaining safety and quality of life. Training is provided and career growth is encouraged in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, preferably in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
