Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. is seeking compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to provide person-centered care for our residents in Minnesota. You will assist with daily living activities, support mobility, and monitor health changes, with training provided for medication administration.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication. On-site positions include AM shifts, with every other weekend required, and onboarding with a supportive leadership team in a senior care

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications with training provided.
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
