Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care in Chaska, MN, is hiring Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA or NAR) for our new 32-unit assisted living and memory care community. You’ll provide personalized care to residents, making each day brighter.

We value empathy, reliability and clear communication. Shifts include AM, PM and NOC, with every other weekend required; onboarding starts with a 4-day training at our Arden Hills center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
• Shift Availability: AM (6am-2pm), PM (2pm-10pm), NOC (10pm-6am)
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
