Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Shakopee, MN, is hiring caring, dedicated, and compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will work directly with residents to provide personal care and support in a person-centered environment.

We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork. Training and ongoing development are provided, including 4-day onboarding at our Arden Hills training center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
