Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in a supportive community. You will assist with activities of daily living to promote comfort, safety, and independence, while respecting privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintain cleanliness.
• Promote open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff.
