Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per protocols and safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence, emotional support, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff.
