Job summary

HarborChase, LLC. is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide daily living assistance to residents while maintaining dignity and respect. You will support physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, respond to calls, and help with meals and mobility.

Responsibilities include following care plans, reporting changes to supervisors, and collaborating with families to ensure a safe, comfortable environment in our community.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• C.N.A. certification or valid state training.
• 1–3 years experience in senior care preferred.
• Understanding of dementia/Alzheimer’s impact on behavior.
• Excellent communication with management, associates, residents and families.
• Passion to work with and around senior citizens.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist residents per policies and resident rights.
• Assist residents with physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Respond to resident calls promptly.
• Escort residents to meals and dining areas.
• Assist with meals, adapting to individual needs and abilities.
• Keep dining room and resident rooms clean and tidy.
• Assist with resident personal laundry as directed.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with residents and families.
• Follow safety guidelines and report changes in condition.
