Job summary

HarborChase, LLC. is seeking a dedicated CNA-style caregiver to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and daily activities in a senior care setting.

You will ensure dignity, respect, and personalized care while adhering to resident rights and facility policies. Responsibilities include responding to calls, assisting with meals, light housekeeping, and maintaining safe, supportive environments.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Non-Certification with proper training, or possession of valid state CNA certification.
• 1–3 years experience in a senior care or nursing home preferred.
• Understanding of how Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease can affect behavior.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, associates, residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and personal care.
• Provide quality care adhering to resident rights and policies.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and check residents every two hours.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining according to individual needs.
• Assist with dining room setup, cleaning, and residents' rooms and laundry as directed.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines in all procedures.
