Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other daily living activities.
• Follow the resident needs schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity of residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents.
