Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is hiring a Care/Medication Technician to provide compassionate care for residents in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and support medication tasks under supervision while maintaining safety and dignity for each resident.

Qualifying candidates have a CNA certification or equivalent, a high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid where possible; prior senior-care experience is preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Previous senior-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor residents; observe and report changes to nurses.
• Respond to resident calls and safety needs promptly.
• Assist with continence management and meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Support medications assistance under supervision; follow Six Rights.
