Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join our team. You will support residents with daily living activities and assist in medication administration under supervision, while observing and documenting health changes for the care team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care in a senior living community, with opportunities to collaborate with licensed nurses and health care coordinators in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor their well-being.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in condition.
• Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly.
• Assist with continence management and sanitation of resident areas.
• Assist with activities of daily living and encourage independence.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas, and take/record vital signs.
