Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a home-like setting. The role includes monitoring, documenting changes, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating with nursing staff to ensure resident safety and comfort.

The position requires a CNA certification (preferred), a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18 years old, and CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus. Experience with seniors is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver: monitor designated residents during shift, check on residents, observe and report changes, respond to bells, assist with continence management, serve meals, maintain cleanliness, support activities of daily living, help with daily tasks, engage residents in life skills, greet guests and staff, handle resident laundry.
