Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care, support, and medication assistance to residents in our Mid-Atlantic communities. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and independence.

You will work with a team to monitor conditions, document changes, and respond to calls, while maintaining a clean, home-like environment for residents in full- and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication certification required for the role.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift and checks on them throughout.
• Observes, reports and documents residents' symptoms and condition changes.
• Responds to security system and resident call bells promptly.
• Notifies supervisor if a resident has increased care needs.
• Assists with continence management and sanitation of resident areas.
• Serves and collects food trays and notes refusals or changes in appetite.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Supports activities of daily living as instructed and fosters independence.
• Engages residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Greets and assists staff, residents, family members, vendors and guests.
• Performs resident laundry as assigned.

Education

High School diploma/GED

Certified Medication certification

CPR Certification preferred
