Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in the Mid Atlantic region is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in a safe, home-like environment.

The role combines direct care with medication assistance, patient observation, and detailed documentation, working closely with the nursing team to ensure dignity, independence, and daily living activities for residents.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe, report and document symptoms or changes in condition.
• Assist with continence management and meals as needed.
• Respond promptly to calls and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with activities of daily living and life enrichment activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and equipment.
• Support medication administration under supervision and document appropriately.
• Collaborate with RN/Health Care Coordinator on care plans.
