Job summary

Seaton Senior Living in the Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Medication Technician to join our community. You will review service plans, observe medications, document dosing, and maintain a clean, organized medication room under supervision, ensuring resident safety and confidentiality.

The role involves assisting with daily living activities, supporting independence, and engaging residents in life enrichment activities while coordinating with nurses and healthcare coordinators.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during shift, monitor and report changes in condition, and assist with daily activities.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation according to the Six Rights of Medication Pass.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, and ensure safety and dignity of residents.
• Engage residents in life skills and activities, support mobilization and personal care as instructed.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, and staff; assist with laundry as assigned.
