Job summary

Seaton Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to deliver compassionate care and support to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents' well-being, and help maintain a safe, homelike environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with meals, personal care, documenting observations, and supporting medication-related tasks under supervision. Prior CNA certification and BLS/CPR are preferred, with opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for designated group of residents during shift and check on them regularly.
• Observe and document changes in residents' condition and report to supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident independence and safety.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily routines as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas and follow infection control practices.
• Assist in medication observation, documentation, and inventory as directed by nurse.
