Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to support residents daily in a compassionate, home-like environment. Roles include care giving and medication duties on 1st or 3rd shift, with both full-time and part-time options available.

The ideal candidate may hold CNA certification, be 18+, and have CPR/First Aid preferred; prior experience with seniors is valued.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents; maintain a safe, home-like environment.
• Observe, report and document changes in resident condition.
• Respond to call bells and notify supervisor if increased care is needed.
• Assist with continence management and meal service; ensure sanitation.
• Aid residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, guests and staff.

Education

Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred
