TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician for our Greensboro community. You will provide hands-on care and support residents, ensuring a safe, home-like environment while maintaining dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring residents, and supporting medication administration under supervision. Prior CNA certification and elder care experience are preferred; 18+ years old and CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsabilités

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift; know where residents are and check on them.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and conditions of residents.
• Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly.
• Notify supervisor or Health Care Coordinator if a resident has increased care needs.
• Assist with continence management and proper disposal of products.
• Serve and collect food trays and assist as needed; report refusals of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Practice standard care precautions of cleanliness, hygiene and health.
• Help residents maintain independence and safety during daily activities.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
• Greet and assist internal and external customers, guests, family, residents, vendors and team members.
• Perform resident laundry as assigned.
