Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician for our Hendersonville community. The role combines hands-on resident care with medication observation duties, aligned to our care pathways including assisted living and memory care.

You will support daily living activities, monitor health conditions, document changes, and collaborate with nurses and care coordinators. This full-time or part-time position offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow with a purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse's Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift; check on residents regularly.
• Observe and document symptoms and conditions for changes.
• Respond to resident call bells promptly and notify supervisor as needed.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation.
• Help residents with daily living activities and life enrichment.
• Greet and assist residents, family members, and staff while maintaining a home-like environment.
