Commonwealth Senior Living in Connecticut is seeking a Resident Care Associate to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily tasks, follow individualized care plans, document services, and help residents maintain dignity and quality of life.

This full-time role requires CNA or HHA, CPR/First Aid, and flexible weekends; a comprehensive benefits package is provided. Shifts are 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am; pay range $21-$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA certification required
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
• Ability to maintain resident confidentiality
• Flexible availability including weekends
• Proficient with basic office equipment

Responsabilités

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks per individualized care plans
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment
• Conduct routine rounds to meet resident needs
• Assist with lifts/moves/transport using proper body mechanics
• Maintain skin integrity and manage incontinence care
• Document daily care activities per policy and standards
• Report issues to supervisor promptly
• Provide respectful, empathetic support to residents and families
• Adhere to safety and infection control procedures
• Attend required training and meetings
