Commonwealth Senior Living in Connecticut is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily activities, follow individual care plans, and document services.

We value compassion, teamwork, and confidentiality. CPR/First Aid may be required; CNA or HHA certification preferred. Shifts 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am; full-time with benefits.

Qualificações

• Compassionate disposition and a desire to serve; prior experience not required.
• Ability to fulfill both the physical and emotional needs of residents.
• CNA or HHA certification is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and coordinate with the Resident Care Director.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Conduct routine care rounds to meet individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts, moves, and transport using correct body mechanics.
• Document daily care activities in accordance with policy and standards.
• Respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff promptly.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and resident rights policies.
• Attend required trainings and maintain communication with the care team.
