Commonwealth Senior Living seeks a Resident Care Associate to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role requires CNA or HHA certification with CPR/First Aid, and flexibility for day/evening shifts.

You will assist with daily tasks, mobility, and care plans, documenting care and collaborating with the care team. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, disability options, 401(k), PTO, and more.

• Proficient with basic office equipment such as computers.

Responsabilités

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and communicate with the Resident Care Director.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform routine care rounds per individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Maintain skin integrity and manage continence per policy.
• Document daily care activities per standards.
• Report issues promptly to supervisors.
• Respond courteously to inquiries from residents, visitors, staff.
• Familiarize with residents' care plans and provide support accordingly.
• Contribute insights to care planning from observations.
• Interact respectfully with residents, families, visitors, peers, and supervisors.
• Provide physical, emotional, and psychosocial support.
• Adhere to residents' rights and report any incidents.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Attend trainings, in-service programs and staff meetings.
• Maintain regular communication with the Resident Care Director.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
