Job summary

Commonwealth Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Associate to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist with daily activities, follow individualized care plans, and document services to promote residents' dignity and quality of life.

The role emphasizes patience, empathy, and teamwork, acting as a Culture Ambassador while ensuring core company values are upheld by all staff. CNAs are preferred; CPR/First Aid may be required or pursued per policy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and communicate with the Resident Care Director about changes in care.
• Assist residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Conduct routine rounds to ensure needs align with individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts, moves, and transport using proper body mechanics.
• Document daily care activities per policy and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff.
• Foster a homelike environment and support residents and their families.
