Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will assist residents with daily tasks, help with mobility, document services, and uphold residents' dignity and quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and adherence to company values while providing physical, emotional, and psychosocial support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Direct-Care, PCA, or CNA certification required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain according to policy.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to ensure resident care.
• Upholds resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks, communicating with care staff.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Make routine care rounds per individualized care plans.
• Assist with lifts, moves, and transport using proper body mechanics.
