Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily tasks and mobility.
• Document care activities and changes in condition.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes to the care director.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and resident dignity at all times.
• Engage with residents and families to support a homelike environment.
