Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Manager at Roosevelt Memorial Park in Chesapeake, VA to lead all sales initiatives and develop frontline Sales Counselors. You will drive performance through a customer-focused experience and ensure options are presented to families in their time of need.

You will collaborate with the sales team, monitor local production, and guide hiring, training, and scheduling to achieve location goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff to reach sales goals.
• Monitor location production and develop the sales team.
• Hire, promote and train staff following company policies.
• Deliver effective presentations to clients and prospects.
• Communicate across departments to support location needs.
