Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor in Roslyn, PA to help families navigate funeral and cemetery decisions with empathy. This role blends consultative B2C sales, lead generation, and community outreach to build lasting relationships.

You will meet with families, sell pre-need and at-need services, manage a sales pipeline in HubSpot, and collaborate with funeral home and cemetery teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using CRM software; HubSpot preferred.
• Sales or relationship-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend products.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through lead generation and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads and walk-in opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and community.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads and sales activities.
• Attend funeral and memorial services as appropriate.
