Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Experience in skilled nursing or memory care preferred.
• Familiarity with PCC/EMR systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per regulations.
• Monitor health status and respond to changes.
• Supervise and collaborate with LPNs and CNAs.
• Coordinate care with physicians and teams.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in care planning and case management.
• Support residents across skilled, long-term, and memory care needs.
• Promote infection prevention and resident safety.
