Royal Braintree Nursing and Rehabilitation Center seeks a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team. Earn a $3,000 sign-on bonus, enjoy weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, and access to an Employee Assistance Program as part of a supportive, resident-centered facility.
As a CNA, you will provide compassionate long-term, sub-acute, and memory care, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents’ comfort and dignity.
Competenze
- CNA certification required.
- Experience in long-term/sub-acute/memory care preferred.
- Commitment to resident-centered care.
- Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
Mansioni
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor vital signs including temperature, pulse and blood pressure.
- Respond promptly in emergencies and support residents' needs.
- Assist nursing staff in providing hospice care.
- Help lift and transfer residents safely using proper techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment adhering to infection control protocols.
- Document residents' information accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive resident care.
