Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and hourly pay between $42 and $47, with shift differentials for evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree from an accredited school or college.
• Must be CPR certified.
• Must have a current and active RN license in the state or be in process of obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain high quality care.
• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident.
• Maintain current resident care plans for all residents under your care.
• Render and assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders.
• Transcribe physician's orders promptly and accurately.
• Review patient records daily for accuracy and completeness.
• Document comprehensive nursing notes.
• Visit each resident daily to evaluate needs.
• Maintain awareness of residents on alert list.
• Document and report unusual findings; contact physician when necessary.
