Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The RN’s primary role is to provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families.

Shifts include Day, Evening, and Night with hourly compensation ranging from $47 to $57, plus applicable shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet, and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform all clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote residents' independence by establishing care goals and educating residents/family members.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
• Coordinate comprehensive holistic care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document accurately in the EMR and keep information current.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
