Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an RN to promote health and wellbeing for residents, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You will provide clinical care, support independence, and document care plans with an emphasis on resident-centered outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ months of RN experience, an active MA license, CPR, and EMR familiarity. This role offers shift options and comprehensive benefits in a continuing care retirement community setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitively impaired is preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, meds, and self-care.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Assist care partners with routine nursing tasks and ensure infection prevention practices.
