Job summary

Staffers is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support the nursing team in delivering high-quality resident care. You will perform direct care tasks under licensed personnel supervision, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding compassionate, patient-centered care.

This role requires flexibility to work in a fast-paced health-care setting, with shift coverage and adherence to infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• Must maintain regular attendance and be able to read, write, and follow directions in English.
• Must complete state-required competency evaluation program within four months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate resident care services and establish positive interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Promote the mission and values of the organization while delivering basic nursing care.
• Explain and demonstrate fire/emergency procedures and participate in drills as required.
• Promptly respond to call lights and address resident needs within the scope of practice.
• Keep resident rooms neat, orderly, and respect privacy and dignity.
