Job summary

Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia, is hiring a Part Time Registered Nurse (RN). You will deliver compassionate, person-centered care, support residents with daily needs, and collaborate with the clinical team in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6 months experience as an RN minimum.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families.
• Perform clinical duties per nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence and care goals.
• Monitor changes in resident status and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention and medication administration.
• Develop holistic care plans with the team.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Support resident preferences in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as needed.
