Qualifications

• RN license in Arizona or compact state
• ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, per facility requirements
• BSN or higher preferred
• Two years NICU/Level III experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines
• Supervise and direct other staff as needed
• Assess patient needs and discharge planning
• Implement orders and ensure patient safety and quality care
• Participate in hourly rounding and continuous improvement
