Job summary

Abrazo West Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care within an assigned unit, coordinating care planning with other disciplines and supervising other healthcare staff as needed.

The role requires an Arizona RN license, CPR, and ACLS as applicable. NICU Level III experience and L&D monitoring credentials are valued, with opportunities for career development and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN license with CPR; ACLS as required by department.
• Two years NICU Level III experience with neonatal ventilator experience.
• L&D-specific training or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• PALS or ENPC within 90 days for ER as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, spiritual, educational, cultural, safety/risk and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnoses based on assessment and data analysis.
• Set realistic, population-specific outcome goals with patient and family input.
• Implement orders and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team; may supervise shifts.
