Abrazo Central Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care on an assigned unit and coordinate care planning. You will supervise and delegate as needed, ensuring individualized bedside care based on the nursing process and patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona with CPR; ACLS as applicable.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Two years NICU experience or Level III NICU experience with neonatal ventilator.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, safety, and discharge planning needs on admission and ongoing.
• Determine nursing diagnoses based on assessment data.
• Set practical, patient population-specific outcome goals and guide patient and family.
• Individualize the plan of care based on patient needs and circumstances.
• Implement nursing and medical orders ensuring alignment with patient status.
• Assist with shift leadership as needed and participate in hourly rounding.
