Job summary

Abrazo Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for Abrazo West Campus. You will provide professional bedside nursing care, coordinate patient care plans with multidisciplinary teams, and may supervise staff on shift. The role emphasizes safety, patient outcomes, and adherence to nursing processes.

You will participate in hourly rounding, evaluate care quality, and ensure smooth discharge planning. Arizona RN licensure and ACLS as applicable are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona with CPR; ACLS as applicable.
• Current NICU or L&D experience preferred depending on role.
• Ability to participate in shift supervision and rounding.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care on assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Supervise and direct other staff as needed.
• Assess safety and discharge planning needs; participate in hourly rounding.
• Implement orders and evaluate nursing practice quality.
