Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join Spring Meadows A Villa Center. The RN assumes responsibility for residents on a shift, providing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.

Requirements include active RN license, CPR certification, and 1 year of experience preferred, with long-term care experience a plus. The role offers full-time hours and opportunities for growth within a supportive, values‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state and CPR certification.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred, long-term care preferred.
• Ability to follow physician orders and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care per physician orders and standards.
• Report timely nurse notes and shift handoffs with accuracy.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications and care plans.
• Supervise certified nursing assistants to ensure quality care.
• Maintain clean, safe resident care areas and chart accurately.
