Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality daily living assistance to residents in Cincinnati. You will support ADL, monitor health, and respond to calls, while maintaining confidentiality and a respectful, compassionate demeanor.

This role requires completing a state-approved PCA program, HS diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days). Flexibility for weekends/holidays is a must.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Completion of approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Must contribute to nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Report incidents involving residents to appropriate individuals.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Remain calm and competent during emergencies.
