Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities in a supportive community. You will report care concerns to the nursing team and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days. Flexible weekends/holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Able to work with all levels of personnel and residents with respect.

Responsibilities

• Report incidents and care concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily routines.
• Perform housekeeping duties in residents' rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Support move-ins with emotional assistance and orientation.
• But maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Follow uniform policy and participate in required in-services and meetings.
