Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide (PCA) to provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and recreational activities; perform light housekeeping; respond to calls and emergencies; and support residents during move-ins and transitions while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed approved Personal Care Aide (PCA) program per state regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/carry 25 lbs.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform housekeeping tasks in resident areas and apartments as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Assist residents to and from dining rooms and activities; report status as needed.
