Zusammenfassung

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality care and assistance with daily living activities for residents. You will report incidents, support ADLs, and help with activities while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork.

You must have a high school diploma or GED and complete a state-approved PCA program. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtained within 60 days. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of staff.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push or carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Report incidents involving residents to the appropriate individuals.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform housekeeping duties and clean common areas and apartments as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance and emergencies.
• Assist with planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Assist residents to and from dining rooms and activities.
• Conduct regular resident checks and report status to the team.
• Communicate resident status and appointments to staff; assist with move-ins.
