Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant according to state laws.
• CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures and document observations clearly.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with HIPAA.
