Job summary

North Houston Transitional Care in Houston, TX is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.

Qualifications

• Must possess a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 10th grade education.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents using wristband/photo ID before procedures.
• Record and report changes in residents' condition to supervisors.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals, tests, and examinations.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms.
• Document care provided accurately and timely.
