Job summary

PACS in Center, Texas is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and document care accurately to support patient well-being.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring resident rooms are prepared and comfortable. CPR is preferred, and compliance with facility policies is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before performing treatments or meals.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare resident rooms and greet residents on arrival.
