Job summary

PACS Group in Texas is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan, under supervision. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

You will document observations, report changes to the Nurse Supervisor, protect resident confidentiality, and follow facility policies. Training provided; CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed CNA in the state.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments and meals, and assist with daily activities.
• Document entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policies.
• Support safety and comfort of residents and assist with movilizing as trained.
