Job summary

Colorow Care Center is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to provide daily personal care to residents in a respectful and professional manner. You will follow current standards and resident service plans to ensure high-quality care and well-being across Assisted Living and Memory Care areas.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring residents, reporting changes, and supporting activity-focused programs. A HS diploma or GED and prior senior living experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• 6 months experience in a senior living community (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as requested or directed.
• Attend to personal care needs promptly and follow residents' service plans.
• Document and report care provided and resident observations.
• Perform vital signs and assist with heights and weights.
• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
